Our products are made from a stretched curd structure and according with each occasion and taste of our consumers we offer them cheeses from different sizes and shapes.
Fresh Cheese, with a smooth and tender texture, low in fat and salt, flexible when heated but do not loose shape, great to eat with bread, crackers, toast, fruit and vegetable salads, and different beverages; Smoked cheese, they come from fresh cheese but goes to a natural smoked process where gets the aroma and unique taste, excellent for special occasions, cocktails and buffet; Natural Age Cheese according to its age they built a hard crust very well defined that protects the inside, has a consistent paste and depending on the time it gets a spicy taste and accentuate aroma it also has excellent digestive attributes which makes it excellent as an entree and as an over course.
